Beyond Meat has had an incredible year throughout 2019 from their IPO launch being the biggest Wall Street has witnessed in nearly twenty years, to selling out at test locations for their vegan chicken in Atlanta Georgia over the summer.
In an interview with Bloomberg Beyond Meat CEO Ethan Brown said that the company has new products ready for launch in the new year.
“You’ll see some exciting things from us in the poultry space in 2020,” Brown said. “I can’t name specific partners or developments.”
It sounds very likely we will be getting Beyond Chicken in restaurants and grocery stores in the coming year. With the Atlanta test selling out in five hours it seems that plant based chicken from the company will be as big of a hit as their Beyond Sausage and Beyond Burger products.
It also seems that with Beyond Meats’ recent breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu at Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. that their relationships with fast food companies will only grow in what is sure to be another great year for the stock market darling.
