Target Debuts First Vegan Plant Based Nail Polish

Spread the love

Sally Hansen just released their new vegan nail polish in Target stores across the United States both in stores and online. Most nail polish on the market contains many harmful and animal tested compounds including parabens, phthalates, and formaldehyde among many others.

Their new “Good.Kind.Pure” line is made with entirely plant based ingredients and materials including having synthetic application brushes in the cap. The colors in the collection are nature inspired with names like “Pinky Clay”, “Beet It”, and “Coconut Milk” to reflect that. Even the clear top coat and “nail strengthening hardener” are vegan and animal friendly.

“Good-for-you products are becoming increasingly more important to consumers across all categories—and fulfilling consumers’ desires has always been at the core of Sally Hansen’s innovation,” Celia Tombalakian, vice president of Sally Hansen Global & US Marketing, said.

“We are thrilled to introduce Good. Kind. Pure., our first vegan, plant-based line of color and care that enables consumers to create a beautiful, clean manicure at home.”

All colors in the line are currently available at Target stores across the U.S. or online and retail for $6.79 each and are very clearly labeled as being “Vegan Color”.
