The singer revealed her veganess while preparing an all-vegan “egg” scramble with “cheese” in a TikTok video.
“So being plant-based and vegan has been pretty easy except for when I am hungover. I used to crave cheesy eggs, so here is my substitute for cravings when you’re hungover,” she said during the mouth-watering video.
She used JUST egg (Formerly Hampton Creek), plant-based dairy-free pepper jack cheese (Daiya?), and some Carne Asada mixed with black beans and corn that she whipped up in a previous TikTok recipe video. There was also some vegan bacon on the side (looked like Sweet Earth brand).

“Now here’s a secret about vegan bacon. I like to cook it in maple syrup so it gets nice and crunchy and candied,” she said.
“And there we have it. It’s a really ugly but delicious scramble and some bacon,” she added.
Most recently she captioned a video showing all the different vegan foods she eats saying:

Lizzo is not new to sharing plant-based vegan recipes on her TikTok. Before declaring herself as vegan she made up that aforementioned Carne Asada mixture used in her vegan “egg” and “cheese” scramble.
“This is some vegan Carne Asada from Munchies in Los Angeles. Add some onions and some vegan queso from Munchies,” she said.
Her Carne Asada contained pepper jack vegan cheese, spinach, corn, black beans, lime, cilantro, and vegan butter to the mixture that was served it on a made from scratch in the video tortilla.

In a video, she put out back in April captioned: “Vegan spicy Mcchicken idgaf that [expletive] was hittin hoooooo.”She uploaded a video of her making a spicy vegan chicken sandwich she absolutely loved.
The “Vegan Spicy McChicken IDGAF” sandwich was made from plant-based vegan “chicken” fillets baked in the oven and smothered in Frank’s RedHot Seasoning Blend and a dash of garlic powder.

Each “chicken” fillet was placed on a warm toasted bun served with plant-based vegan mayo and waffle fries.
She has also made juicy vegan fried “chicken” and biscuits using JUST egg for the dredge.
